DISTRIBUTED
A station may participate in one contest category only. SO LB and SO HB participants are allowed to work on other bands (no points are credited);
BUT please put these QSO in your log. (In other words, there are no time or round limits for any participants)
DISTRIBUTED - multiple SINGLE-OP stations using the same callsign and located over long distances from each other.
All stations involved in DISTRIBUTED operation must be in a single DXCC country and a single WAZ zone or two adjacent WAZ zones.
HP (High Power): legal limit;
LP (Low Power) : no more than 100W output.
There are no category QRP in this contest.

One and the same station can be worked once-per-bands/once-per round (maximum 12 QSO total)

EXCHANGES |
|
9. Contest exchange -
a station zone number (see the Scoring section) and serial number starting 001.
Example: 3001 (zone number – 3, contact serial number– 1), 31001 (zone number – 3, contact serial number – 1001).
Although the list of duplicate QSOs should be reset before the second round the sequence of serial numbers should continue.
For stations of the DISTRIBUTED subgroup separate numbering by band is allowed.

SCORING |
|
Participant locations are distributed between zones 1-7.
Zone distribution for Russian stations is the same as in the Russian HF Championship.
Foreign participant's zone distribution is in the List below:
Zone 1 – stations in WAZ 14, 15
Zone 2 – stations in WAZ 16, 20, part of WAZ 21 (EK, 4J, 4L)
Zone 3 – stations in WAZ 17, rest of WAZ 21, 33, 34
Zone 4 – stations in WAZ 22
Zone 5 – stations in WAZ 23
Zone 6 – stations in WAZ 24, 25, 26, 27
Zone 7 – rest of the world.
Distance points for each QSO are based on location zones, in accordance with the Table below:

Each new zone scores an additional 50 points on each band once during the contest.
Each new RF Oblast and new DXCC country scores an additional 100 points once during the contest.
Total score is a sum of distance points, plus new zone points, plus new oblast/new DXCC points. Calculation of your result is not obligatory.

For Single Op subgroups - оnly one transmitted signal is allowed in any moment of time.
For DISTRIBUTED subgroup - оnly one transmitted signal per band is allowed in any moment of time.
DX clusters are allowed.
All operators must observe the amateur radio regulations of their country at all times.

AWARDS |
|
Awards will be distributed by random selection method.
Each SOAB category will have the following prize fund:
SAMOVAR souvenir – 1 pc
Russian Matryoshka doll souvenir – 3 pcs
Russian wooden spoon souvenir – 5 pcs
Each SO LB and SO HB category will have the following prize fund:
Russian Matryoshka doll souvenir – 3 pcs
Russian wooden spoon souvenir – 5 pcs
To become the prize selection participant, one shall meet the following criteria:
SAMOVAR selection participants shall make at least 300 valid (scored) QSO, MATRYOSHKA selection participants shall make at least 200 valid (scored) QSO,
SPOON selection participants shall make at least 100 valid (scored) QSO
(QSO requirements for stations from zone 7 shall be 50, 30 and 20 valid (scored) QSOs respectively).
Selection participants shall send logs within 3 (three) days after the Contest is finished.
Stations of the DISTRIBUTED subgroup participate in the prize selection along with SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH stations. The reduction of the minimum number of QSOs
provided for zone 7 stations does not apply to them.
Participants who submitted their reports for control (CHECKLOG) or three days after the end of the competition do not participate in the prize selection.
It is possible to increase the prize fund if there are sponsors. Those who wish to participate in the replenishment of the prize fund you can contact the Contest director: Igor Avdeev, (UA2FZ).

LOGS and CHECKING |
|
Logs shall only be uploaded at https://ua9qcq.com.
Are allowed only those logs which will be received within three days after the end of the competition. Deadline for logs for classification: April 22, 2020, 23:59 UTC.
Logs received after 3-day period are accepted only as CHECKLOG.
Logs shall be in CABRILLO format.
For DISTRIBUTED subgroup - Make sure the following line is in the header of Cabrillo file: CATEGORY-STATION: DISTRIBUTED.
Judging shall be carried out as per logs received, but at the same time QSO with stations that did not send logs can be counted under the conditions defined below.
Contacts shall not be counted in the following cases:
- QSO did not confirm in other station received log;
- calls are wrong;
- time difference in both logs exceeds 3 minutes;
- bands or modes are incorrect – a QSO shall be deleted from both logs; if such an error is a systematic error in one of the station's log, a QSO is not count
in the station log with systematic error;
- there is no other station log, and this station is a unique (the call exists in less than three logs).
In case one of the stations copied the wrong exchange, both stations are scored 50% QSO points, and no bonus points are scored.
If the other station did not send his (her) log 50% QSO points and bonus points will be scored, and if no obvious errors were detected in exchanges or callsign.
